NIHERST advises that Tender No. 08 of 2025: Electrical Systems Upgrade at NIHERST Grayson Courtyard, Barataria has
been cancelled due to material changes in project priorities, readiness, and scope.
This cancellation is issued in accordance with the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Property Act, 2015.

Vendors are required to register on the Depository
The National Institute of Higher Education, Research,
Science and Technology (NIHERST) wishes to advise that in
accordance with Section 26 of the Public Procurement and Disposal
of Public Property Act (2015) as amended, any party seeking to
provide goods, works and services to NIHERST, must be
registered with the Procurement Depository of Trinidad &
Tobago, as established by the Office of Procurement Regulation
(OPR).
