Lorenzo Hodges is an award-winning innovation strategist, experience designer, business executive and educator. He equips business leaders, teams and organisations to rethink the future and to build innovation capacity for sustainable business growth. He is the CEO and Chief Innovation Officer at Plain White Tabe Inc., an innovation strategy firm delivering solutions in innovation strategy formulation, innovation management, innovation culture transformation, new product and service design, and customer experience design.

Previously he was the CEO of Ferreira Optical Limited where he led the digital transformation of the company and under his tenure the company received the TTMA Supplier of Services Award. Prior to this, he held management roles at one of the Caribbean's leading technology companies. Those roles included Marketing Manager, Business Development Manager, Manager of Consulting and Solutions, and Engagement Manager.

Lorenzo is the immediate past Chairperson of the NOVA Committee at the Trinidad & Tobago Chamber of Industry and Commerce where he led a team focused on supporting the development of micro, small and medium enterprises. He is also a member of the TTBS National Mirror Committee for Innovation Management.

Lorenzo holds an International Master of Business Development and Innovation from the UWI Arthur Lok Jack Global School of Business and a BSc. Accounting from the University of the West Indies. He also earned strategy certifications from the Harvard Business School and innovation certificates from IDEO U.

As someone who continuously invests in people development, he lectures in Masters programmes at 3 institutions: the University of the West Indies, the Arthur Lok Jack Global School of Business and SITAL College for the University of Bedfordshire. At the master's level, he has lectured in the areas of Leading Innovation, Design Thinking, Electronic & Mobile Commerce; Digital Marketing; Product Design and Development; New Venture Creation and Internationalization of SMEs. He also designs and delivers programmes to develop leaders and systems for innovation for corporate customers.

Lorenzo is actively involved in youth development and is the Coordinator of the NorthGate College Male Empowerment Initiative. He is also a former fitness trainer and Latin dance teacher.
